Upon receipt of the goods, you should check that the packaging has not been tampered with. If you have any doubts about this, you should make a note of it on the delivery receipt. In particular, at the moment of delivery, you are obliged to check that the number of parcels corresponds to that indicated in the order, that the packaging is intact, and that it has not been damaged or altered. Any complaints must necessarily be communicated to the courier carrying out the delivery, with the specification that it is being accepted with “reservations”. This must be followed by an identification and description of the “faults” or “alterations” to the packaging, parcels etc., sent by email within 8 days of the date of delivery. Once the courier’s document has been signed, you will no longer be able to make objections about the external characteristics of the delivery, which will be considered accepted.
