Diritto di recesso
In line with what is provided for and regulated by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree n. 206/2005) you can return any products purchased within 14 working days of delivery.
To proceed with a return simply send an email to info@susafa.com giving the following information:
• the number and date of the order as shown in the confirmation email
• the invoice number
• specify which products the Customer is returning (identifying them with their item numbers)
• Specify the reasons for returning them
Our customer care office will send you instructions about how to proceed with the return via email, together with the waybill, within two working days.
To proceed with the return, the following conditions must be adhered to:
• the product purchased must be basically intact, and on arrival at Azienda Agricola Susafa, it will be examined to check for any damage or alteration;
• the right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for natural persons and therefore excludes purchases made by individuals as part of their professional activity.
TIMING OF REFUNDS
Azienda Agricola Susafa undertakes to refund Customers within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods. The amount of the refund will be equal to the value of the returned products indicated on the invoice.
